EPISODE 11 - WINTER WRAP-UP ----------------------------------------- Dude its still playing in my head it wont go away I do really like the base of this episode honestly, I fucking hate winter and I love spring so like, yeah. I liked the gags they had like the baskets and the ice. HOWEVER THE SONG WONT GET OUT MY HEAD. IM PROBABLY WRONG BUT LIKE THINK ABOUT IT RIIGHT "getting a twitch every time a 9/11 is about to happen" the hydra shit was just blast pit, definetly cool to see some action in this very chill show tho.. EPISODE 16 - SONIC RAINBOOM ------------------------------------------ LADS WE MADE IT THIS IS THE BEST EPISODE EVER ITS JUST THE BEST DUDE. rarity got these fuckass wings and I just found them really funny this episode is so good I could tell it was good from the start, its funny its got drama its got action its got comforting scenes its got fluttershy going "yaaay" its fucking amazing dude. PLUS it takes place in cloudsdale which is a place ive wanted them to go to for aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages pinkie take notes bruh.. rainbow dash is better in ever way.. GLAD THAT CHUD CHICKEN DIED SINCE IT ACTUALLY SHOWED THEY HAD CONSEQUENCES FOR THEIR ACTIONS WHICH IS REAAALLY IMPORTANT TO SHOW basically theyre like pinkie pie but not as annoying and in multiple characters so theyre w fluttershy was also really brave in this episode which is something ive noticed shes doing a lot more now which is awesome im so happy for her EPISODE 18 - THE SHOW STOPPERS ----------------------------------------- the latter half of season 1 is so fucking good dude. the talent shows pretty cute but what I really love about it is the really fun performance the crusaders hold. honestly the songs NOT THAT BAD ignoring that theyre 6 and cannot sing for shit (it sounds like a mewgenics song) overall this is a really strong one and I looove those three theyre so w EPISODE 19 - A DOG AND PONY SHOW ---------------------------------------- this one is really interesting to me since, like, these dogs basically kidnap rarity and force her into slavery LMFAO? this episode I really became a fan of spike, over the last few I was growing on him but now yeah I fucking love this stupid ass purple dragon why is he Like This + he eats gems and I like gems THIS EPISODES JUST OKKKKKK I GUESS?? theres not much to write about here other than the slavery shit. I did like that her friends really did show care for her though. reinforcing that friendships really important for a show about it. EPISODE 20 - GREEN ISN'T YOUR COLOUR --------------------------------------- I felt so bad or fluttershy in this episode dude anytime the sauna appeared I kept thinking they were being put in the dirt room from fucking brandonworks and I was giggling my ass off at the thought of that + RARITY WAS IN THE FUCKING SHIT POOL overall this ones REALLY GOOD especially cause of holy shit PINKIE PIE WAS REALLY GOOD????? her putting this pressure onto twilight and the others saying like "ohh youll lose your friend forever if you don't keep the secrettt" "foreeeeverrr" really helped make this episode dramatic. I fucked with that part haard. the rest is just good mlp realy. "why is she doing this" EPISODE 21 - OVER A BARREL ------------------------------------------------- war EPISODE 22 - A BIRD IN THE HOOF ------------------------------------------ Princess Celestia actually DOES SHIT FOR ONCE?????? WHAT big fan of how this is set up with fluttershy being brave enough to steal the bird and heal it till it got better. however I genuinely just cant be nice to this episode due to the ending which is just SO FUCKING BAADD I honestly would've preferred if the bird just died and it taught a lesson that not everything could be fixed but like, it turning into a phoenix and then they all laugh fucking PEPPA PIG style is so dumb and cheap, I literally just cant like it. I WILL SAY THOUGH fluttershy's quickly becoming my favourite, still topped by rainbow dash "aw aww I love angel aww" EPISODE 23 - THE CUTIE MARK CHRONICLES ----------------------------------------- this episodes the first one to really break out of a formula which im surprised happened this late into the season. it was pretty interesting to see a little bit into the histories of the mane 6 and see what lifes really like for them back then and I was NOT expecting pinkie to basically be enlisted in the equivalent to fucking slave labour. "ok so rainbow dash caused pony 9/11 and that's how they all got their cutie marks they got their cutie marks from 9/11" im gonna get a shirt with that on it overall this was a really welcome change and a pretty fun episode. I DIDNT HATE ANYONE HERE EPISODE 24 - OWLS WELL THAT ENDS WELL --------------------------------------------- this entire episode I kept thinking about that one image of the dude throwing the beer at the other guy but that with twilight and spike I found spike to be kinda like EXTREMELY FUCKING RUDE here, however I can excuse this as spikes like a baby still (yet he can write in cursive?) "why don't they just eat the dragon dude" overall this episodes pretty good, it features more GEMS at the end so its like fucking awesome. I really like the vibe and tone of the show around this point it just feels really nice. EPISODE 25 - PARTY OF ONE ----------------------------------------------------- oh fuuck dude this got so many people back in 2011 writing creepypastas where pinkie pie goes insane and kills her friends cause they wont Party(tm) the starting party of this episode is so fucking funny istg like ALL OF THIS IS FOR THIS DUMB ASS ALLIGATORS BIRTHDAY AND YOU SPIKE THE PUNCH?? YOU KICK YOUR FRIENDS INTO THE WALLS?? YOU PLAY THE SAME PARTY MUSIC I SWEAR I HEAR EVERY SINGLE TIME?? honestly I loved pinkie pie here, shes so erratic and mad that nobody will turn up it wraps around to being really fun to watch (and also kind of sad??) obviously the twist ending being "ohhh it was a surprise party for her!!" "do you think pinkie pie makes diddy chips for her friends" GOOD JOB PINKIE PIE I DONT FUCKING HATE YOU ANYMORE. EPISODE 26 - THE BEST NIGHT EVER ------------------------------------------- this episode does something awesome I gotta say. the great galloping gala is this big event that's been hyped throughout the entire season and now its finally going down. their outfits are really cute and theres just generally really good vibes I especially like the scene of them coming into cantelot (ignoring they completely just enslaved some random ass guys to get there) "shoutouts to ultimatelesbian55 for having the good part of the song" of course, everything comes crashing down and shit goes bad but like, apart from that the vibes are just great. it really feels like a "we really made it" type episode. tbh I kinda just felt bad for everyone there since its a rich person party and those SUCK BAAAD (they suck even more when pinkie pie is there) anyways, the party is crashed, everyone goes home and then finally, season 1 ends. FAVOURITE LINE: yaaaaayy :)
