roblox gone insane is a series made by my friend thereeldoise, same person who made bombdude, the bomb guy who appears in the second classroom of riddle university. the series has run from 2020 - now, though is on it's final installation. i made a fan video back when gone insane 2 came out called "roblox gone half insane" and it is genuinley one of the worst things ever made.

the series is based in 2010 - 2012 roblox, with 7 and 8 featuring entirely custom PBSBuild maps, which are basically like building servers where we built the sets for the gags. gone insane is based on old videos made by JJ5x5 back when roblox was new. you can watch the series here.

while gone insane was in the making, everyone on the team grew up, so when gone insane 7 was being produced in 2023 we had actually produced humour and funnies by that point.

7's map took a long time to build, if i recall it took around 5 months. that was for a reason though as gone insane 7's map was the biggest out of all of them with 8 right behind.

overall, the combined time of roblox gone insane 1 - 8 part 1 is 9 minutes, which may seem small, but when it comes to this kind of video its quite long.

i created the outro scene for roblox gone insane 7 and helped create some skits, such as:

gone insane's maps (from episode 7 and 8 part 1) are probably the best things to have come from the series. they're filled with obscure jokes only the crew would get. 7's map was so large that when hosted it would nearly crash and couldn't handle any updates, same went for 8. a cool thing about these maps being built in real time is that you could watch a skit filmed early into the lifespan and then watch one late into the lifespan and see tons of additions.

basically, most of the time i'm just a stagehand as doise thinks my jokes suck. which they do, theyre all shitposts.

there is way too much random shit for this series.

the roblox gone insane dvd was an idea for a long time. basically, think of a collection of every episode in one dvd with tons of extras like the joke videos made during gone insane 7's production and the two finobe gone insane videos. the dvd wouldn't be made into an actual thing before version 1 which was quite literally just 8 mp4 files on a disk with a very barebones menu. however. version 2 was made with way more planning and ended up being created in december of 2024.

the dvd took around 1 week to make and overall contains:

6 bonus videos

overall, that's basically all my influence on roblox gone insane. i wasn't actually IN the episodes till 7 after all. im glad to be apart of this series even if it's ending soon. so yeah, roblox gone insane is pretty awesome. i like eggs.
